About us
LaSante Health Center in Brooklyn is a multispecialty health care practice providing family medicine, adult care, and pediatric treatment to the community. The New York City practice consists of experienced, board-certified physicians offering a range of services including primary and preventive care, dentistry, podiatry, optometry, women’s health, and behavioral health programs.
The practice values exceptional communication, with multilingual physicians and staff who are fluent in Spanish, English, Haitian, Hebrew and happy to serve the Haitian and Caribbean immigrant patient community and beyond.
