Lauren has always been driven by a passion for helping others and knew early on that she wanted a career where she could make a positive impact. After working as a registered nurse at Bronson for several years, she chose to become a nurse practitioner so she could do even more to support her patients. She appreciates the shared dedication to patient care among her colleagues, finding daily inspiration in Bronson’s supportive environment. Influenced greatly by her father—who encouraged her to work hard, dream big and stood beside her through every step—Lauren brings warmth and compassion to patient-centered care.
