LavaBarre is a fitness boutique that believes in balance for the body, mind and soul. The studio offers a combination of high-quality workouts, luxurious amenities and inspirational instruction to create a unique experience for every visitor. Its founders, Lauren and Vanessa, opened their first studio in Clarendon in 2012 with the aim of creating a barre class that made them sweat without feeling like they were working out. They later expanded their offerings to include more cardio and strength training. Their second studio offers a blend of four fitness disciplines, with hybrid classes that complement each other perfectly. The studio has evolved over time, always seeking to balance their barre technique with other forms of exercise.
