Welcome to the Law Office of Arthur J. Data III, P.C.! My name is Arthur J. Data III and I am the attorney and founder of this firm. I practice throughout Cook County and in the collar counties. Although my office is located in Palos Hills, I realize that circumstances can make it difficult for you to come to my office for an appointment. As a result, I am willing to meet with you at your home, work or wherever would be most convenient for you! As you may have noticed, I used the word "counselor" in my title. I do this because I take my role as counselor as seriously as do my role as attorney. I am more than just someone who will look at facts in the light of the law. I firmly believe that being a lawyer includes analyzing the "non-legal" aspects of a case such as your financial situation, stress, anxiety, fear and other emotions in addition to the applicable law. My goal is also to help you feel at ease while I'm working towards the best outcome for you.
