My representation focuses on individual employees and employers covering a wide range of employment law-related issues and grievances. I have addressed matters regulated by the Washington State Human Rights Commission, the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
