This office is on black list of all insurance company that is out theremost of cases the they tried are lost because of their employees don't know what they doing other reasons are cases not proper filed or not file at all before statue limitation I have never dealt with a group of such incompetence before in my life. They have an employee/manager there named Jenna. She has the poorest work ethic I have ever experienced in my 25 years and I deal with business daily. She does not, in no way shape or form deserve to be appointed such position. She is NEVER EVER in the office, and it is her job to make the checks (lawsuit). In the past 2 months she has been SICK, ON VACATION, COMING IN TOMORROW, ON HER WAY, OUT FOR THE DAY, COMING IN LATER TONIGHT and when you call back its another series of excuses.
