Candice Stoddard brings over 35 years of legal expertise to her private practice, specializing in Mediation, Real Estate Law, and Plaintiff Personal Injury. Her focus spans a range of real estate matters, including purchase and sale contract disputes, partition, quiet title, fraud/non-disclosure, wrongful foreclosure, joint ownership conflicts, and construction defects. Additionally, Ms. Stoddard adeptly navigates plaintiff personal injury cases, with a particular emphasis on financial elder abuse, undue influence, and capacity issues. Her extensive experience positions her as a skilled mediator and advocate across these specialized areas of law.

After earning her undergraduate degree from Drake University in Des Moines, IA, Ms. Stoddard pursued her legal education at John F. Kennedy Law School, graduating as the top student in her class. During this period, she worked as a licensed private investigator and held a real estate agent's license. Admitted to the California Bar in 1979, Ms. Stoddard's commitment to legal education continued post-graduation, with a decade-long tenure as a faculty member at John F. Kennedy Law School.
