DON'T DO IT!Christian is your best advocate from the moment you step into his office to the moment you file. BUT, after filing you no longer exist. Any hiccups or issues that need resolving after that become your problem even though he is indeed still technically your attorney. He becomes unavailable and unable to be reached via any medium, phone, email, etc. If you happen to see or speak to an assistant or secretary at his office, don't get comfortable speaking with them as they do not last long. He often uses a generalized answering service and they pretty much are not very familiar with him or his business. We've had some serious issues arise after filing regarding our mortgage lender which directly relates to our bankruptcy case and it has been a nightmare from which we cannot wake, and Christian has all but abandoned our concerns and has become unreachable, with his only communication being a proposed settlement agreement he signed off on that is 100% in our lender's favors...
