Jean Kingsley has 23 years of litigation experience both in Washington and California. Previous partner in large Northern California Civil litigation law firm, where she practiced family law, personal injury, insurance defense, construction defect and general civil litigation. Moved to Bellingham in 2008 to enjoy the natural resources of Whatcom County and the San Juan islands, where her practice focuses exclusively on family law matters.
