I've never seen any business who handels its business as bad as novack and novack. In september 08 they told me that my case was settled and i should be getting a check within two weeks and I didn't get a check till april 09. And i had to threthen them to get my check in april. I was about to file a complain at the Bar and what a suprise as soon as i told them that I recieved a check the next morning.
there has been many other problems aside from this but not worth my time writing it.
Long story short, all i can suggest is do your research and try to find a reputable attorney for your case, not irresponsible ones like novack and novack.
