Lawson Capital Group is part of a team of successful multifamily syndicators dedicated to improving the communities we invest in. We are actively engaged in the acquisition of Class A and Class B apartment complexes in need of an upgrade. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life of the residents of the acquired apartment communities. We rehab the individual apartment units as needed, beautify the exteriors of the buildings and attractively landscape the grounds. Our efforts increase the value of the apartment complexes and create an opportunity for passive investors in our syndications to achieve substantial profits.
