About us

I became a family medicine doctor because I am passionate about providing preventive, whole-person, and individualized healthcare to people of all ages - from newborns to grandparents. I approach each patient as an individual with unique needs, preferences, and life context. My goal is to combine evidence-based medicine with personalized care plans that support each patient to achieve their best health. My clinical interests include office-based procedures, mental and behavioral health, reproductive health, gender affirming care, and point of care ultrasound. My primary research interests lie at the intersection of climate change and human health, and I hope to explore this more throughout my career. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, attending live music events, exploring new restaurants, and exercising with my partner and our dog.
