We were extremely excited to use this day care at first. The director was awesome and the teachers were all great with our daughter and the other children. After two weeks, they had gone through 2 additional teachers. We came to find out that the ones they hired either were terrible, or had learned how terrible the company was and left.

After another month went by, and more and more teachers as well, we began to search for alternative sources for child care. At this time, we learned the director was going to be leaving though this was from another parent, and not the owner, who had no interest in notifying parents of all the personnel changes.

Last week, during the middle of the day, the owner apparently fired the director and the one teacher who was competent. My wife was called by another parent to let us know about the firings. When she called to check on our daughter, the owner had no idea who our daughter was, but assured us he was capable of doing his job. We have never met...
