We purchased a leather sectional from this store. After spending 2 hours with the sales associate discussing the one couch we were interested in the ENTIRE time, he ordered and delivered to us the wrong couch. They placed all of the blame on us and were very, very rude about remediating the situation. We ended up incurring the additional costs in order to receive the couch we originally purchased. There was even a price difference between the 2 couches to our benefit, which they refused to credit to us. We escalated this situation all the way up to the national sales director and he was the biggest jerk of all of them. Very poor customer service. Would NOT buy from them again. We have never had a furniture purchase experience as bad as this or even close before. Oh, yes, and once we received the correct couch, it had the wrong legs, we'll see how it goes getting this corrected. I won't have any expectations of satisfaction, that's for sure.
