Lebanon Insurance Agency is Russell County's Oldest Independent Insurance Agency. The agency was founded in 1914 under the name Gray & Gilmer. Later, the name was changed to Smith & Co. In 1950, Ralph Snead changed the name to Lebanon Insurance Agency at the time of his acquisition.
