About us
Managing a medical condition such as diabetes sometimes takes an extra hand. Whether you're newly diagnosed with diabetes or have been living it with it for some time, our certified diabetes educators provide you with the information and tools to better manage your diabetes.
Our comprehensive program will focus on key components to help each participant live well with diabetes.
Since 1989, Lee Health Solutions has been an American Diabetes Association recognized program providing quality diabetes education in accordance with the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support.
