Went in around prime lunchtime for business hours. We were sat down right away (huge surprise as this is a very popular eating area in the Pru). Waitress was lovely, attentive but not over bearing. Ordered the Boston Scrod and it was delicious, airy yet filling and exactly what I wanted.
