Leonard has 19 years of fieldwork in the appraisal business and brings over 20 years of experience as a licensed General Contractor and Master Carpenter. This unique skill set allows Mr. Schiffman to provide a superior Appraisal Report to his clientele. Since 2008, Leonard has also been a Real Estate Broker and the Founder-Designated Broker/Owner of a RE/MAX Franchise in Edmonds, WA, from July 2013 to December 2018.
