About us
Leroy Butler, DO, is an orthopedic surgeon who is subspecialty trained in foot and ankle surgery. His practice includes arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries, as well as general orthopedics including sports injuries and fracture care. In addition, he has vast experience in regenerative medicine procedures of the foot and ankle including platelet rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC). Dr. Butler is originally from Connecticut but grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. After Dr. Butler received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Davidson College, where he played Division I men’s tennis, he worked as an associate research scientist for GlaxoSmithKline.
