Angelo Sbrocca is your neighbor in the Phoenix Arizona area and has been a resident for 50 plus years.
With over 35 years experience in Real Estate and business and a extensive knowledge of the area. Angelo’s Grandfather was a home builder in the Phoenix area in the 50’s (Phoenix, PV, Cudia City, Arcadia, Biltmore and local schools). Angelo’s father was a Developer and Custom Home builder he built and developed some of the finest homes and projects in the Valley. He Developed San Angelo Square on 36th street and Indian school and turned it into what it is today. He did the first Condo Conversion in Boulder Colorado in the 70’s. Angelo started working on one of his fathers developments and custom homes when he was 13 learning all the in’s and out’s of real estate. My mother was a realtor over 35 years. Angelo current real estate holdings include 2 Airbnb’s (Boutique Hotels) as I like to call them in Central Phoenix Rental homes and is involved in some retail businesses.
