Level 2 features Kansas City 28 day aged Certified Hereford Beef and the the freshest seafood in the Midwest, sourced from around the world. Our 1600 degree infrared oven quickly sears the outside of the meat, producing very tender and juicy steaks. Other features are our extensive list of side items, such as egg noodles and cheese, house cut sweet onion rings, steamed asparagus and creamed spinach.
