Meet the Doctor Dr. Levi Evalt, DDS Originally from Gig Harbor, Washington, Dr. Evalt now lives in Erie Pennsylvania and practices dentistry in Corry, Pennsylvania. His studies in behavioral neuroscience and pre-med earned him a dual-degree at Ithaca College in upstate New York. He earned a degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. In his over 20 years of experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. Evalt has held many accomplishments personally and professionally, upholds the educational values and integrity of his profession, and actively engages in the communities he lives and works in.
