I was unfortunate recently to have a accident in my car which has a Qualitas Policy on it. He has been nothing but professional in his service and processing of my claim, initially explaining the claims process thoroughly so i understood completely, putting me at peace that i was being looked after thoroughly, made me feel like a Qualitas valued customer, always keeping me updated with the claim progression and did all this with a very professional and courteous attitude. Im sure this is Qualitas company policy to deal with customers this way but Abel takes this all to another level, he is a credit to Qualitas and to himself for courtesy and professional attitude.
