Our roof was quite old and we were starting to see places where water was beginning to stain our ceiling. We had a couple of contractors come look at the roof and had a variety of estimates. (Always amazes me that there can be SUCH a discrepancy in price!) We went with Liberty Construction because they were straight forward in their communication, returned our calls (pretty basic thing but a lot of companies didn`t, even after they had spent the time to come out and do an estimate) and told us that they would only charge us for the under boards that needed to be replaced instead of putting replacement of all of them into our estimate.

Liberty Construction was professional and did a good job repairing my roof. The guy explained to me what he was going to do before he got on the roof. He took pictures of damaged and missing tiles; then, he show me the pictures of repairs needed and the exact cost. That same afternoon, he came over with closely matched tiles and did the repairs. The cost was reasonable considering the type of work and working in 100 degree heat and also, the job was done in a couple of hours. Thank you!
