On the banks of Lake Michigan, Life Care Center of Michigan City is a perfect choice for short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and post-operative recovery. We are located near I-94, Franciscan St. Anthony Health and just an hour from Chicago and South Bend.
We focus on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Our in-house team of therapists and nurses work with each patient and resident to develop a personalized care plan to meet their individual needs and goals.
