Located in Boise, Idaho, Life Care Center of Treasure Valley specializes in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Our nursing home was rated a four-star facility by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, showing our commitment to excellent patient and resident care.
