About us
Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Westlake's in-house team of nurses and therapists creates individual care plans treating the whole person ? mind, body and spirit. Wellness and customer service are a daily focus in everything we do. In fact, we received the 2018 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living.
Our nursing home is centrally located to provide easy access from both major hospital systems in the Cleveland, Ohio, area.
