I provide individualized health and wellness coaching for people with an auto-immune disease or any other chronic disease. I am a registered nurse with over 40 years’ experience in various areas of clinical care, administration, teaching, and research (MSN, MBA, PhD). I have 2 auto-immune diseases myself so I understand many of the challenges you may be facing. I offer programs of different lengths—from weeks to months.
