About us
Your Fort Worth-Alliance LifeSpa is open to the public, so you do not need a Life Time membership to enjoy our luxurious treatments! We are a full-service salon and spa offering luxurious treatments for hair, nails, body and face. All LifeSpa guests receive a complimentary day pass to enjoy our club's exceptional amenities which include three hours of childcare in our Kids Academy. When you book a service, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior. You may cancel or update your services up to 24 hours in advance. With less than 24-hour notice, you may be charged 50% of the service cost. If you miss a service without any notification, you may be charged 100% of the service cost. Stop by and tour our space during our business hours.
