Lilly is awesome! She managed to save an old leather jacket (20+ years old) that was my favorite by replacing the zipper - no easy task! She has also taken in several pairs of pants for me - in short time -- and no one can tell that they weren't purchased that way. She is a really nice person too! Reasonable prices and quick service.
