Linden Place offers apartments in Newton, Iowa to residents age 55 years and older, as well as persons with mobility impairments. Our 1-bedroom apartment homes are available to residents from all walks of life, even those who qualify to not pay more than 30 percent of their annual income for rent and utilities--- with the exception of telephone, cable TV, and Internet.
