One of the most important predictors of success in therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable to share their thoughts and feelings openly. I am passionate about collaborating with clients in a warm and safe environment which is free of judgement in order to work toward the best life possible. Together, we will identify personal strengths and motivating factors in order to facilitate positive change. Since people are not “one size fits all,” I use many different approaches during therapy in order to customize treatment for each and every client.
I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. I have a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a wide range of emotional difficulties and behavioral concerns.

Outside of work, I can usually be found spending time with my family, hiking, swimming, or taking photographs. I’ve played sports almost my entire life, but soccer is my favorite. I also love to travel and see the world.
