Lisa Kane & Associates is a litigation firm with trial attorneys, which means we do the rigorous work required to give you the best representation. For 25 years we have been practicing in the federal court of the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of our clients and have demonstrated the skill and experience advocating against some of the most respected defense firms in the nation. Our firm only represents plaintiffs, or employees, we have never, nor will we ever, represent or act as defense counsel for employers. Our focus is to provide the most uncompromising advocacy and representation available.

As is often the case, many attorneys will write demand letters after a cursory review of the case and seek to negotiate a quick settlement on behalf of their clients. This is not the vision of Lisa Kane & Associates. From the start we litigate and prepare for trial with the expectation that we will go to trial and we do go to trial. Those attorneys that do not do the work limit the representation they can provide. As trial attorneys, we do the work which creates a better position to approach any negotiation and consider it only in the best interest of our clients.
