About us
Dr Litsa K Lambrakos is an Associate Professor of Medicine in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr Lambrakos completed medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where she graduated at the top of her class with a distinction in research. She subsequently completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of California San Francisco. After residency, she worked as a Clinical Instructor-Hospitalist at UCSF, treating patients with advanced heart failure. She then subsequently moved to New York to complete a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Columbia University Medical Center.
