We bought a home in september 08 and have reeceived numerous leins on our property and the our neighbors have as well. All leins from from contractors that were not paid for work done over 6 months ago. I have meet several contrators that have done work for livingston builder LLC through jason and scott graves and all have horror stories about being paid late or not at all. I recomend building or buying a home elsewhere unless you want to be flooded with leins months after you move in. the newest one is for over 13,000.00 .
