I enjoy working closely with people on one of the biggest, most emotional purchases of their lives. A mortgage is like a puzzle. You have to take all of the pieces of the transaction and find the best program to fit the story. I began in mortgage lending in 2002 after graduating from Western Michigan University. Nothing beats sitting at the closing table with borrowers who have just been handed the keys to their first home and seeing the joy and excitement on their faces, knowing that I played a small part.
