It’s important to know that your loan officer is not simply going through the motions, but also serving as your advisor. The process entails much more than filling out an application and providing documentation. You’ll want someone like myself to ensure you get the best loan program, at the best rate, with the lowest possible costs. I started in the mortgage business 18 years ago in Chicago and decided in 2009 that I was ready for the warmth and beauty of southwest Florida. I am proud to have been one of the first staff members of LMCU of Florida upon their expansion to this area in July of 2015.
