They are horrible. Worse than 1 star. They serviced my car without testing it for giving it back to me and there was something wrong with the steering because when I got into traffic I couldn't turn and almost got into an accident. I asked it the test drove it to make sure everything was ok (like all mechanics are supposed to) and the owner looked at me like the idiot he is. I made the mistake of going back for something else and they gave me a list of parts that needed to be replace. Half of the parts didn't go to my car and the other half was fine as stated by the other mechanics I got a second opinions from. The one thing that needed to be replaced wasn't even on the list. I'm glad I took my car to someone else, I would have wasted about $1000 for work I didn't need.
Not to mention the waiting area is freezing. As many people as they screw over they should be able to afford to turn on the heat.
