After being overcharged $42 for my two Shorkies’ Frontline and Sentinel meds, I asked the staff if I could have my debit card refunded. The staff told me they didn't have the authorization code to refund my card, but that the vet had the authorization code, and that my card would be refunded the $42 later that day. When I called the following day to inquire as to why my card had not been refunded the $42, the staff told me that I would instead be given, an in store credit for $42. When I told the staff, I did not want an in store credit, but preferred to have my card refunded; the conversation that followed can only be described as confrontational at best. The staff argued with me, it's only $42, and rather than accommodate my refund request quickly, the staff retorted that they could now only mail me a check for $42. It seems that a day later, the staff didn't feel comfortable with my debit card information being provided over the phone.
I'll assume Lockwillow's customer service...
