About us
Perched over Seattle’s Kinnear Park and greenbelt with outstanding southerly views of Elliott Bay, the Lomita Vista is a charming early 1900′s, Spanish stucco apartment building. All nineteen apartments have two entry doors, large decks, hardwood floors, claw foot tubs, large refurbished kitchens and, as you might imagine, great southerly views. The Lomita is truly an in-city oasis. The grounds include lots of greenery, open space and a well maintained pea patch. Parking and storage are also available.
