Long Hill Burial Ground

Long Hill Burial Ground in Trumbull is in need of some help. I have tried to call several times, and get a message that says, the machine is off. Today at 2:20 I am at my wits end. I need to make arrangements to put a tomb stone on my Mother's grave. Have been trying since January to get someone to answer the phone. We are in Florida, so I cannot just come by. Please, if you see this, let me know who to call to get this done. Thank You.
