Strong focus on customer service. I am Association of Staging Professionals designated Real Estate Agent, and a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Through coursework completion; I have the tools to properly help stage a home for a faster sell, list homes in 19 different languages allowing for global syndication for maximum exposure. 1 in 12 homes sold in the U.S. are from foreigners. With the amount of foreign industry coming to work and play in Atlanta global syndication is important. My coursework with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing gives me the tools needed to effectively market ALL price points; giving them that extra edge on marketing.

I focus on my clients needs whether they are buying, selling, or investing in real estate. My job is to interpret the market that provides my clients with sound information in which to make important decisions, be with my clients every step of the way from contract to close, and be a strong negotiator to get my seller clients the most money for their property, or my buyer clients the most house for their dollar.
