About Jeff:
Jeff’s kidney battle began in 2012. After years on dialysis, a kidney transplant in 2018 gave him new hope — but it failed last year. He’s now back on dialysis and awaiting another transplant. Through it all, Jeff continues to fight with faith and courage.
