Do not EVER work with Lorich Construction Management and Patrick O'Brien located on Deer Park Ave in Deer Park, New York.
Patrick O'Brien is a thief and a scam artist and he goes back on his contracts with his clients and employees. He is a mad man and his company has repeatedly sought to screw over everyone they can. TRUST ME! I know someone that worked for Lorich and had to leave due to Patrick O'Briens unprofessionalism and outright attempt to cheat and steal. He is a sick man that thinks he can do whatever he wants (regardless of contracts) and it has affected his companies reputation. He is also an anti-Semite and lies to everyone including the police.
Patrick O'Brien is dangerous and I suggest having nothing to do with him or his company ever. If you are currently a client Patrick O'Brien I suggest getting out as quickly as you can and don't look back.
