About us
Hello! I am Rasheedah Fletcher, but most people call me Sheedah, and my pronouns are she/her. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) dedicated to supporting children as young as six and adults in their mental health journeys. I specialize in working with youth and young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, self and body esteem conflicts, and parental-relational issues. In our shared space, my goal is to empower clients to express themselves freely and find liberation in their words. Beyond my work as a therapist, I serve as a high school counselor, cherish my role as a dedicated aunt, and indulge in my passion as a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur.
