About us
Life can be stressful, confusing, sad and sometimes rewarding that can cause a level of stress you may have not expected. Everyone has a kaleidoscope based on their current situations, past experiences, hopes for the future and dreams they may have lost and want to regain. My objective is to help you find what harmony means for you on an interpersonal level
I am experienced in the working with difficulties in childhood & parenthood, marital difficulties and life differences that may lead to disorder in family/personal relationships. These include: chronic symptoms due to mental health condition; family dysfunction i.e., communication problems, co-dependency, grief and loss; anxiety and worry.
