My daughter had her first dentist appointment ever with Dr. Rivera and his staff today. Her first--ever!
Dr. Rivera's staff was so friendly and upbeat, there was a movie on, the waiting room was comfortable, kids were comfortable, and there were PlayStations to keep the kids entertained.
My daughter literally skipped into the exam room, the assistant was incredibly friendly and fast, even with a full set of X-rays, my daughter enjoyed every minute (!!) and Dr. Rivera took time to talk through all of my concerns.
Oh, and the balloon, goodie bag, and toy shelf were the icing on the cake. My daughter left so happy and proud of herself and her grown up shiny teeth!
