About us
Lupe Tortilla - a restaurant with roots in Texas and a
reputation for serving handcrafted, high-quality Texas-Mex cuisine in a
welcoming atmosphere. Established in 1983 in a modest 1940s-frame house in
Houston, it quickly became a local favorite. Lupe Tortilla has stayed true
to its standards—only fresh ingredients, scratch-made recipes, and cozy but
evolving atmosphere. Lupe Tortilla’s menu is made of Tex-Mex tradition, crafted
with authenticity. The attention to detail doesn’t stop there: limes are hand-squeezed,
the famous lime-pepper-marinated fajitas are renowned, and their signature
margaritas are made to order with fresh squeezed juices and premium
tequilas.
