Mackin Commerce Center in Apopka is a great place to run a small business. it's safe, clean, good rates.
It's 1/2 way btween Orlando and Apopka. Warehouse spaces ranging from 1500 ft. to 7500 ft. sq. which includes an office or two and a bathroom.
They also have another facility nearer downtown Orlando called College Park Commerce Center.
I've been there for years and I like the place. It's safe, clean, gated, and other high-quality businesses are in the complex.
