Dont ever, EVER bring your vehicle to these people. They are a joke. They have con'ed me out of $4000 in the last year and everything that has gone wrong, according to them, has been our fault. I am taking the car to another mechanic, finding out what they did wrong/broke and getting an attorney and im going to sue them. I had my transmission rebuilt Feb 2012 and it failed again Feb 2013. Brought it back in and they charged me another $900 for a torque converter AGAIN. They are either not changing the parts like they are supposed to or their "transmission" guy is a joke. My car now ticks (FROM THE TRANSMISSION, sounds like a helicopter), clunks when it starts and has a terrible vibration, none of which happened before the car came in to their shop. But according to Mac (owner), ITS NORMAL LOL! He also tried to start my car with the WRONG KEY, got it stuck in my ignition and had to take my ignition apart to get it out!
